At Jar’d Creations, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds do not apply to custom or personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
